sq98 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Using Our Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the sq98 platform — whether through the website at sq98.pro, the Android app, the iOS app or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all services offered on the sq98 platform, including sports betting (cricket, PSL, T20, football, esports and other markets), casino games, slots, live casino, fish games, deposits, withdrawals and any promotional or bonus offer. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or products and will be made available at the relevant point in the platform.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of changes.

2 Eligibility

To open and use an sq98 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly adults-only and sq98 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.

• You must not be excluded from gaming services through any self-exclusion request made on the sq98 platform.

3 Account Registration

You are permitted to hold exactly one account on the sq98 platform. Opening additional accounts — whether under your own name or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, sq98 will close all related accounts and any funds within them may be forfeited.

When creating your account, you must:

sq98 may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, activating bonuses or in response to unusual account activity. Providing false documents or refusing a reasonable verification request will result in account suspension.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the sq98 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — instant deposit to your sq98 balance via your JazzCash mobile wallet.
• Easypaisa — instant deposit from your Easypaisa wallet with no additional fees applied by sq98.
• Raast — interbank instant transfer suitable for larger deposit amounts.
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit from major Pakistani commercial banks.
• Debit and Credit Cards — card payments processed through the Cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your sq98 account balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

sq98 does not charge deposit fees on the methods listed above. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges — check with them before initiating a transfer if you are unsure.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts held by third parties are not permitted and may trigger a compliance review of your account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. sq98 reserves the right to route withdrawals through any supported payment method at its discretion for compliance reasons.

Before a withdrawal is processed, sq98 may require:

• Identity verification documents (CNIC or equivalent).
• Proof that the payment account belongs to you.
• Completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed the same day a request is submitted. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. sq98 does not guarantee processing times and reserves the right to carry out additional checks before releasing funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

sq98 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins and sports betting promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms which will be displayed at the point of opt-in.

General bonus rules that apply across all sq98 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be shown in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must typically be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using shared payment methods to claim the same offer more than once, or placing low-risk bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements artificially — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• sq98 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The sq98 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and Pakistan domestic fixtures), football, esports and a range of other markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• sq98 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started if the in-play feed was unavailable or if there was an obvious pricing error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport's rules displayed in the sportsbook at the time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the bet slip when placing a wager.
• sq98 reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the betting account of any user who is identified as a professional gambler or sharp bettor without providing a reason.

For PSL and cricket matches specifically, in-play markets remain open throughout the match unless the feed is suspended. Live odds reflect the current match situation and update in real time.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games, slots, live casino titles and fish games on the sq98 platform use certified random number generation or live dealer environments provided by third-party game suppliers. The outcome of each game round is independent of all previous rounds.

• Game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions that affect the integrity of a game round will result in the round being voided and the stake returned.
• Maximum win limits may apply per game or per session as specified within individual game information panels.
• Using automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Disconnection during a live casino game round does not void a placed bet. The round will be completed and settled according to the outcome at the time of disconnection.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sq98 platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Opening more than one account.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Using payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in any game that involves multiple participants.
• Exploiting software bugs or game errors to gain an unfair advantage, even if the exploit is discovered accidentally.
• Using VPN, proxy or similar tools to misrepresent your location in a way that circumvents platform rules.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing customer support staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or scrape any part of the sq98 platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

12 Limitation of Liability

sq98 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to keep the platform online and functioning correctly, sq98 does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• sq98 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures outside of sq98's direct control.

13 Changes to These Terms
